Is Wet n Wild Pinkerbell a dupe of MAC Viva Glam Nicki?

Here are swatches of MAC Viva Glam Nicki (left) and Wet n Wild Pinkerbell (right):

They are very very close. Pinkerbell may be a little bit lighter, but they are very very similar. Formula-wise, I prefer MAC's Satin as Wet n Wild's Megalast feels a bit drying.
