Too Cool is a bright cool white with a shimmery metallic finish. I use this nearly everyday as a highlighter for the brow and tear duct. It also makes a great base to make eyeshadows pop.
I'm actually glad I purchased this product. It's soft and smooth, but once it sets, it won't budge a bit. I can wear this for about 8-10 hours with minimal creasing. With a primer and a powder eyeshadow to set, it lasts about 14-16 hours on me without any creasing or fading. I have not tested this for the full 24 hours because I wouldn't wear makeup for that long. I find it applies best if I use my fingers, which makes it so quick and easy.
I wouldn't say the quality is better than MAC Paint Pots or MUFE Aqua Creams, but I think it's comparable. This is a great product for the price. You get 0.14 oz. for around $6.99. Packaging-wise, I really like it! It comes in a heavy glass jar with a good-fitting screw-on lid, so it doesn't look or feel cheap.

DeleteWell, i just bought the purple yesterday and wore it today. And, i must say, has not budged ONE BIT! i have had multiple compliments on it.. i just bought the too cool color today with some new, bright shadows to play with! Suuuuuuper excited!
