Here's a quick review of L'Oreal Infallible Eye Shadow in Gold Imperial.
Gold Imperial is a light-medium gold with golden microglitter (not too chunky or over the top).
Gold Imperial (on the left) is more shimmery, while Eternal Sunshine (on the right) has a frostier finish with more of a yellow tone to it.
If you love gold eyeshadows like I do, you definitely need to check this shade out... but if you don't like shimmer or sparkle, then you might want to skip this one. Personally, I really like this eyeshadow. The formula has a creamy consistency, so it glides on smoothly and blends easily. The pigmentation is great, and the staying power is incredible (about 10+ hours). I have not had any problems with fading or creasing. So, I am really impressed with the quality, and I hope L'Oreal continues to add more colors in the future.
Did you pick up any of the new L'Oreal Infallible Eye Shadows? What do you think of Gold Imperial?

DeleteI want this.
ReplyDeleteI like it, but for an everyday work-safe shade, I prefer Eternal Sunshine. :)
DeleteHi Jen,
ReplyDeleteWould you say this is similar to SN's Mazel Tov GWP? (I've been begging for Karen to re-release it but she's keeping mum lol)
Otherwise, which SN shadow would be a close alternative?
Thanks!
xoxo
I don't have Mazel Tov, but I'll have to check my stash to see if I can find a Silk Naturals dupe. :)
