MAC Glitter & Ice Mineralize Eyeshadows Review & Swatches

MAC recently released six Mineralize Eyeshadows for their Glitter & Ice collection. This review will feature three of the shades that caught my attention... Shimmermint, Snow Season, and Winterized.

MAC Shimmermint Mineralize Eyeshadow:

MAC Snow Season Mineralize Eyeshadow:

MAC Winterized Mineralize Eyeshadow:

From L to R: Shimmermint, Snow Season, and Winterized...

Shimmermint is a very sparkly minty blue-green with silver veining. I love this color! It can have a bit of fall out, but nothing too bad.

Snow Season is a shimmery rosy champagne with a golden sheen. This is such a beautiful color and definitely worth checking out.

Winterized is a brownish plum with a purple sheen. I almost skipped this one, and I'm glad I didn't. It's a gorgeous color and a must-have for me. I don't think I have anything like it.

I don't normally purchase a lot of Mineralize Eyeshadows. In fact, I only own 10 MES, including these. I try to be a little picky because I always worry about quality when it comes to these eyeshadows, but these are definitely a welcome addition to my collection. I'm satisfied with the color payoff, and when applied over a good base, I didn't experience any creasing or fading.

Did you pick up anything from this collection? Have you tried MAC Mineralize Eyeshadows yet? How did you like it? Do you have a favorite shade?

Where to buy: MAC Cosmetics

Disclosure: The products featured in the review have been purchased by me. All opinions are honest and completely mine.

  2. @Glitz Glam Budget: I love MAC. But if you're in a budget, you can always find dupes in more affordable brands. (^_^)
