MAC Pink Popcorn Lipstick:
Pink Popcorn is a light-medium lavender pink with a lustre finish.
MAC Reel Sexy Lipstick:
Reel Sexy is a light-medium peachy-coral with an amplified finish.
At first, I wasn't sure about getting Pink Popcorn because it looks very similar to Budding Love, but I'm glad I got it because I actually prefer Pink Popcorn over Budding Love as it looks more natural. This is most likely due to its sheer coverage. It's quite buildable though, and it's a very pretty color. Reel Sexy is another gorgeous color! It reminds me a bit of Flamingo, but Reel Sexy looks more peach/orange. I skipped Heroine (the other new shade released), because it looked very similar to Violetta (a color I rarely wear). I am always anxiously waiting for your swatches because they are so natural! I only picked up Reel Sexy but when I applied it, it was such a scary bright coral color =]

DeleteYou can probably make Reel Sexy work by dabbing a bit on your lips then smooshing them together. Pink Popcorn is easier to wear for me because it's semi-sheer.

ReplyDeleteI wore them a lot when they first came out and loved them. I do need to start wearing them again before the new fall colors come out and maybe post some photos. I've been distracted with new shades lately. LOL
