I've been having so much fun playing with the new Silk Naturals colors! Here's another springy look I did today.
What I used:
Eyes: Urban Decay Original Primer Potion, Silk Naturals Pink Lemonade (eyelid), Silk Naturals Wired (crease), Silk Naturals Juiced (highlight), Maybelline Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner (upper lash line), Urban Decay Asphyxia 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (lower lash line), Urban Decay Skyscraper Multi-Benefit Mascara, and Make Up For Ever Waterproof Eyebrow Corrector.
Face: Korres Vitamin E Face Primer, MAC Pro Longwear Foundation, MAC Pro Longwear Concealer (undereyes), Everyday Minerals Tea Time (contour), and Silk Naturals Sorbet (cheeks).
Lips: Silk Naturals Azalea Butter Cream, Silk Naturals Shrieking Violet Liquid Gloss
Very Very Pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI love purples :)
Thanks, Renay! I used to avoid pinks and purples around the eyes, but I love 'em now. :)
ReplyDeleteI like your blog!...Daniel
ReplyDeletePurple looks fantastic on you, you should do a completely pink look, something very bright, I bet it'd be stunning!
ReplyDeleteOoh silk naturals has really created a FAB collection for spring! They look great on you :)
ReplyDeleteHow ridiculously perfect is your skin?! The lip colour really, really suits you :)
ReplyDeleteI am so ordering some SN today! :)) Azalea looks lovely on you, I thought it would be brighter but it's perfect...
ReplyDelete@Painting Tips and Tricks: Thanks, Daniel!
ReplyDelete@Anna: Thanks for the suggestion! I'll try that sometime. :)
@Ki: I know. I just love their Spring 2011 collection!
@Beauty's Bad Habit: Thanks! My skin has cleared up a lot since I started using Clarisonic. It's far from perfect, but my foundation helps a bit to even out my skin tone.
@YellowJade: Yay! Let us know what you end up getting. I really like Azalea because you can apply just a little bit for a subtle pink or build it up for a bolder pink.
I just HAD to get pink lemonade, surge and sweet tea from the new collection. I also got 3 lipsticks : ingeue, aria and zinnia, and a perfecting powder...plus some blush samples :D Can't wait to get them! I'm so so in love with SN...
ReplyDeleteWow you look stunning! I came across your blog on the SN forum and have come to beg you to share your secrets of such awesome fotd photography! I can't seem to get it so right myself. =(
ReplyDelete@YellowJade: Sounds like a great haul!
ReplyDelete@Kahani: Thank you! Glad you found my blog. I usually just stand near a window for a softer natural light. I take lots of photos then delete the ones that didn’t work out. I rarely use flash, but when I do, I layer a tissue over it to avoid overexposed photos. And for closeups, I use the macro mode. Hope that helps! :)
Woah! u look awesome :)
